Background and Theoretical Foundations: When a human baby is born, approximately 70% of its body is composed of water, and approximately the same proportion of the Earth is covered by water. The planet earth and the human body are dominated by the liquid world, and anyone who is extensively attuned to the sea; He understands the instinctive pull towards seas and oceans. But the most important platform in societies for creating the instinctive pull of nations towards the seas is the educational system of that society.
Methodology: This research aims to examine the role of universities in the successful implementation of sea-oriented sustainable development, which is centered on the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology; It has been done. By examining the studies conducted,
Findings: the results of the research show that the Ministry of Science in the form of a continuous and interdependent model based on the development of the country's maritime universities.
Conclusion: interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary fields in the field of sea, science diplomacy and maritime technology, Marine scientific productions, development of marine research institutes and investment in marine knowledge and ability can provide access to the economic, social and cultural goals of sea-oriented sustainable development in the country. |
