بررسی رفتار شناگری دافنی (Daphnia sp) در پاسخ به محرک نوری

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی و اندازه گیری پارامترهای رفتار شناگری دافنی در دو تیمار شاهد و نور، و تاثیر متغیر محیطی نور بر رفتار شناگری دافنی می باشد. جهت تعیین شاخص های قابل انداره گیری رفتار و بررسی پارامترهای رفتاری دافنی از آکواریوم مدرج شده بوسیله صفحه ی مختصات مکانی با ابعاد(30×10×80سانتیمتر) استفاده گردید.مقدار پارامترهای رفتاری نظیر، تعداد جهش ها، درصد پراکنش مطلق و سرعت شناگری به صورت معنی دار در تیمارنور افزایش داشت (05/0 P<) و سرعت شنای هدفمند در تیمار نور نسبت به تیمار شاهد تغییر معنی داری را نشان نداد(05/0 P>). نتایج نشان از تاثیرپذیری مقدار پارامترهای اندازه گیری شده از متغیر محیطی نوری را داشت، به طوری که تغییر شرایط نور محیطی منجر به تغییر رفتارشناگری دافنی و متعاقبا تاثیر بر پاسخ های رفتاری آن گردید.
