استفاده از برگ، ساقه و ریشه گیاه حرا (Avicennia marina) در منطقه خلیج نایبند (استان بوشهر) برای سنتز زیستی نانوذرات نقره

در تحقیق حاضر امکان سنتز زیستی نانوذرات نقره با استفاده از عصاره آبی برگ، ساقه و ریشه گیاه مانگروی بومی حرا (Avicennia marina) که از خلیج نایبند واقع در استان بوشهر جمع آوری شده بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نانو ذرات نقره به روش احیای زیستی یون های نقره توسط فرآورده های سوخت و ساز ثانویه موجود در عصاره استخراج شده از گیاه حرا سنتز شدند. از بین اندام های مختلف گیاه، عصاره برگ بیشترین میزان جذب و سنتز نانوذرات نقره را نشان داد. طیف های جذبی در طول موج 420 نانومتر سنتز نانوذرات نقره را تایید کرد. نتایج آنالیز XRD نیز تشکیل نانوذرات نقره کریستالی را اثبات نمود. ارزیابی تصویر TEM نشان داد که اندازه نانوذرات سنتز شده 1 تا 75 نانومتر بوده که بیشترین ذرات، اندازه ای حدود 10 تا 15 نانومتر داشتند و میانگین اندازه نانوذرات، 30/17 نانومتر بود. بررسی FE-SEM نانوذراتی را با اندازه 15 تا 43 نانومتر برای گونه Avicennia marina نشان داد. طیف EDS حضور عناصری مانند فلز نقره، کربن، کلر، نیتروژن و اکسیژن را در نانوذرات حاصل تایید نمود که فلز نقره دارای بیشترین مقدار معادل 6/51 درصد بود. آنالیز FT-IR بیانگر حضور گروه های عاملی مانند آمین ها، الکل، حلقه ی آروماتیک، آلکان ها، گروه فنول و آلکیل هالیدها در فرآیند سنتز بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که نانوذرات نقره را می توان با روش زیست شناختی سازگار با محیط زیست و بدون کاربرد مواد شیمیایی مضر و با استفاده از ترکیبات احیا کننده عصاره های گیاهانی مانند حرا سنتز نمود.
