fa بررسی تاثیر عوامل محیطی بر تولید اولیه در خوریات ماهشهر (شمال غربی خلیج فارس) پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <p>در این مقاله تغییرات زمانی و مکانی عوامل محیطی و اثر آنها روی تولید اولیه در خوریات ماهشهر، زنگی و دهانه خور موسی به مدت یک سال (از بهمن ماه ١٣٩٢ تا آبان ماه &nbsp;(١٣٩٣) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تولید اولیه با استفاده از بطری تاریک و روشن و کلروفیل a با استفاده از HPLC اندازه گیری شد. بیشترین میزان تولید اولیه (gc/m²/day ١/٥٩&nbsp;) در خور موسی در فروردین ماه و کمترین میزان آن (gc/m²/day ٠/٠٢&nbsp;) در خور زنگی در آبان ماه مشاهده گردید. مهمترین عوامل موثر محیطی بر تولید اولیه توسط آزمون تجزیه به مولفه های اصلی(PCA) شناسایی گردیدند. نتایج این آزمون ١٨ پارامتر محیطی را به چهار مولفه مستقل از هم کاهش داد که در مجموع&nbsp;٨٤ درصد از کل تغییرات را در بر می گرفتند. مقایسه میزان تولید اولیه در مناطق مورد مطالعه حاضر با دیگر مناطق جهانی نشان می دهد که در این خوریات تولید اولیه در سطح متوسطی است.</p> <p>In this study, spatial and temporal variability of physical and chemical factors and its effect on primary&nbsp;production was nvestigated in Mahshar, Zangi and the mouth of the Musa estuary creeks during a year&nbsp;from November 2013 to July 2014. Phytoplankton &nbsp;primary production was measured by the oxygen light&nbsp;and dark bottle technique, and High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC/UV-VIS) was used to&nbsp;detect and measure chlorophyll-a. The highest primary production (1/59 gc/m2/day) was obtained in April&nbsp;in the mouth of the Musa creek and the lowest (0/02 gc/m2/day) in October in the Zangi creek. Principal&nbsp;component analysis (PCA) reduced the data dimensionality from 18 environmental parameters to 4&nbsp;principal components explaining about 84 % of the data variability.
