fa بررسی ریزموهای سطحی (Dollfusiella spinulifera (Cestoda: Trypanorhyncha از خلیج فارس پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">هدف از مقاله حاضر، بررسی ریزموهای سطحی </span><em>Dollfusiella spinulifera</em><span dir="RTL">&nbsp;از خلیج فارس است. تعداد&nbsp;٥ نمونه سفره ماهی از گونه </span><em>Himantura</em>&nbsp;sp.<span dir="RTL">&nbsp;در خرداد ماه&nbsp;١٣٩٠از آب&shy; های بندر لنگه توسط صیادان محلی صید شدند. پس از جداسازی سستودها، نمونه&shy; ها جهت شناسایی رنگ آمیزی و سپس از بین آن&shy;ها بهترین نمونه&shy; ها انتخاب و با زایلین از لام جدا گردیدند و پس از رنگ&shy;زدایی، نهایتا با هگزامتیل دیزیلازان خشک و با میکروسکوپ الکترونی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که به غیر از سطوح راس اسکولکس و دیستال بوتریال که به ترتیب از </span>papilliform filitriches<span dir="RTL">&nbsp;و</span>&nbsp;acicular filitriches<span dir="RTL">&nbsp;پوشیده می&shy; شوند، در بقیه سطوح اسکولکس ریزموهایی از نوع </span>palmate spinitriches<span dir="RTL">&nbsp;و</span>&nbsp;papilliform filitriches) filitriches<span dir="RTL">&nbsp;یا&nbsp;</span>(acicular filitriches <span dir="RTL">&nbsp;وجود دارند. همچنین ریزموهای سطحی جمعیت ایرانی این گونه در خلیج فارس با ریزموهای سطحی نمونه&shy; های استرالیایی این گونه مقایسه شد و مشخص گردید که الگوی ریزساختار سطحی این گونه بین دو منطقه متفاوت است.</span></p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 9pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The aim of this study was the survey of the surface microtriches of <span style="font-size: 9pt;"><i>Dollfusiella spinulifera </i><span style="font-size: 9pt;">reported for&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">the first time from the Persian Gulf. After isolating cestodes from five specimens of <span style="font-size: 9pt;"><i>Himantura </i><span style="font-size: 9pt;">sp., first,&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">the worms were stained for identification, of which, the best specimens were selected, unmounted in<br> <span style="font-size: 9pt;">Xylene and after destaining finally dried in hexamethyldisilazane and examined with scanning electron&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">microscopy. The results showed that except for the apex and distal bothrial surface, which are covered&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">with papilliform filitriches and acicular filitriches, respectively, other surfaces were adorned with palmate&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">spinitriches and filitriches (papilliform filitriches or acicular filitriches). In addition, the pattern of the&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">surface microtriches was compared between Iranian population of this species from the Persian Gulf and&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">the Australian specimens.
