fa کاربرد مدل DEMATEL فازی در شناسایی و تحلیل روابط بین عوامل مؤثر بر خصوصی‌سازی بنادر ایران پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><a name="OLE_LINK13"><span style="color:#000000;"><span dir="RTL">بنادر به عنوان حلقه کلیدی در زنجیره حمل و نقل دریایی، نقشی اساسی و تعیین کننده در توسعه اقتصاد حمل و نقل کشوری و نیز در تجارت جهانی دارند، به گونه &shy;ای که حدود ٩٠ درصد از فعالیت&shy;های واردات و صادرات کشورها از طریق بنادر انجام می&shy; شود. این مطالعه، به شناسایی و تحلیل روابط بین عوامل مؤثر بر خصوصی&shy; سازی بنادر ایران با بررسی مطالعات گذشته و با استناد به نظرات کارشناسان در این حوزه با به&shy; کارگیری روش دلفی و نیز با استفاده از مدل </span>FUZZY DEMATEL<span dir="RTL">&nbsp;می&shy; پردازد که نتایج، بیانگر اهمیت غالب عواملی است که وارد مطالعه می&shy; شوند؛ از آن جمله، عامل &laquo;بسترسازی خصوصی&shy; سازی شامل فرهنگ سازی و اطلاع رسانی در کشور&raquo; است که نشان از اهمیت بسیار بالای این فاکتور در امر خصوصی&shy; سازی بنادر دارد.</span></span></a></p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 9pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ports, as a key link in the maritime transport chain, has a basic and decisive role in the economic&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">development of the country&#39;s transportation and global trade, and about 90 percent of imports and exports&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">activities of countries done through ports. This study identifies factors affecting the privatization of ports&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">with the review of previous studies and based on the opinions of experts in this field using the Delphi&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 9pt;">technique and then analysis relationships between these factors using FUZZY DEMATEL model.
