fa مطالعه ساختار بافتی راس کلیه و طحال ماهی شوریده (Otolithes ruber) و بیاح (Liza abu) خور موسی پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">هدف از مقاله حاضر، مطالعه ساختار بافتی اندام های خونساز (راس کلیه و طحال) دو گونه از ماهیان بومی خلیج فارس شامل ماهی شوریده (</span><span dir="RTL">Otolithes ruber) و بیاح (</span><span dir="RTL">Liza abu) است. در این راستا 100 قطعه از هر دو گونه ماهی از 5 ایستگاه در خور موسی شامل: 1) پتروشیمی، 2) غنام، 3) زنگی، 4) دورق، 5) پاتیل به &shy;طور تصادفی صید گردیدند. نمونه&shy; های بافتی از راس کلیه و طحال ماهیان اخذ شد و در فرمالین 15% تثبیت شد و با استفاده از مراحل معمول تهیه مقاطع بافتی آماده شدند. مقاطع بافتی آماده شده با رنگ&shy; آمیزی هماتوکسیلین و ائوزین رنگ&shy; آمیزی شدند. تجمعات ملانوماکروفاژی، دژنراسیون لوله &shy;های ادراری و نفوذ لوکوسیتی در ماهیان جمع&shy; آوری شده از ایستگاه پتروشیمی مشاهده شد، که احتمالا به دلیل مجاورت با صنایع پتروشیمی اطراف این بخش از خور است. در ماهیان صید شده از ایستگاه پاتیل، راس کلیه و طحال دارای ساختار نسبتا طبیعی بود. نتایج نشان می &shy;دهد که بین ساختار بافتی اندام&shy; های مورد مطالعه و میزان آلودگی ایستگاه&shy; ها رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد.</span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">الگوی کلی این تغییرات در هر دو گونه به شکل پتروشیمی> غنام > زنگی> دورق> پاتیل است.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The present study aimed to study the tissue structure of hematopoietic organs (head kidney and spleen) in two native fish species (<em>Otolithes ruber</em> and <em>Liza abu</em>) from the Persian Gulf. In this regards, 100 <em>Otolithes ruber</em> and <em>Lisa abu</em> were collected from 5 different stations including: Petrochemical, Ghanam, Zangi, Douragh and Patil stations, all situated in Mosa creek. Fish were dissected and tissue samples were taken from spleen and head kidney and fixated in formalin 15%. Tissue sections were prepared according to the routine histological methods and then were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E). Increased number of melanomacrophage aggregations, degeneration of renal tubules and leukocyte infiltration were observed in both fish species collected from Petrochemical station. On the other hand, the hematopoietic organs in fish caught at Patil station had relatively normal structure. As it seems, there is a close relation between the tissue structure of studied organs and the contamination of each station.
