fa بررسی تاثیر محیط کشت بر تراکم سلولی و نرخ رشد ویژه Scenedesmus obliquus پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">در مقاله حاضر اثر ترکیبات سه محیط کشت متفاوت </span><span dir="RTL">F/2) Guillard, Trenkenshu, Tamiya&nbsp; </span><span dir="RTL">بر میزان تراکم سلولی و نرخ رشد ویژه جلبک سبزScenedesmus obliquus Kutzing </span><span dir="RTL">مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جلبک فوق &shy;الذکر از جنوب دریای مازندران (ساحل شهر نور) جداسازی و سپس خالص &shy;سازی شد و در سه تیمار با سه تکرار برای هر کدام کشت داده شد. شمارش سلولی روزانه با سه تکرار به&shy; وسیله لام هماسیتومتر انجام شد و منحنی رشد جلبک با استفاده از نرم &shy;افزار اکسل ترسیم گردید. نرخ رشد ویژه (d^-1</span><span dir="RTL">) پس از محاسبه، توسط آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه بین تیمارها مقایسه شد. نتایج به&shy; دست آمده از مطالعه&shy; حاضر نشان می&shy; دهد که بیش&shy;ترین تراکم سلول &shy;ها (10⁶&times; 17 سلول در میلی&shy; لیتر) در محیط کشت </span><span dir="RTL">، و کمترین تراکم سلول&shy; ها (10⁶*7 سلول در میلی&shy; لیتر) در محیط کشتGuillard&nbsp;</span><span dir="RTL"> است.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><a name="OLE_LINK49">The present study provides information of the effect of three culture media, viz. Tamiya, Trenkenshu and Guillard (f/2) on specific growth rate and cell density in alga <em>Scenedesmus obliquus</em> K&uuml;tzing. The alga was isolated from the south cost of the Caspian Sea (the beach of Noor Town) and then it was purified and cultured in three media with three replications for each. Cell count was daily conducted with three replications by a hemocytometer and growth curves were plotted by excel. After calculating the specific growth rate, the one-way ANOVA was used to compare obtained values. The results of the present study showed that the highest density of cells (17&times;10⁶ cell per mile liter) was in Trenkenshu culture medium, and the lowest density of cells (7&times;10⁶ cell per mile liter) was in Guillard medium. </a></p> جلبک سبز, Scenedesmus obliquus, نرخ رشد ویژه, تراکم سلولی, دریای مازندران.
