fa پراکنش و بررسی خصوصیات ریخت‌شناسی مراحل لاروی گونه‌های Alpheus glaber و Alpheus estuarensis از خانواده Alpheidae در مصب بین دهانه‌ رودخانه‌های اروند و بهمنشیر (شمال خلیج فارس) زيست­ شناسی دريا Marine Biology پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> این تحقیق بر روی مراحل لاروی دو گونه از خانواده Alpheidae در سال‌های 1389 تا 1390 در سواحل ایرانی خلیج فارس انجام شد. نمونه‌برداری با استفاده از تور پلانکتون 300 میکرون و به‌صورت ماهانه از اسفندماه 1389 تا مهرماه 1390 در مصب بین دهانه رودخانه‌های اروند و بهمنشیر (شمال خلیج فارس) انجام شد. بر اساس خصوصیات ریخت شناسی مراحل لاروی زوآی گونه‌های Alpheus glaber و Alpheus estuarensis از خانواده Alpheidae بررسی گردید. همچنین تراکم لارو گونه‌های مذکور در ایستگاه‌ها و ماه‌های مختلف محاسبه گردید. اوج حضور لارو گونه A. glaber در اردیبهشت ماه با فراوانی 110/1 لارو در 10 متر مکعب و اوج حضور گونهA. estuarensis در تیر‌ماه با میانگین فراوانی 93/1 لارو در 10 متر مکعب است. لارو دو گونه‌ی جدید از جنس Alpheus برای اولین بار از آب‌های ساحلی خلیج فارس ایران گزارش گردید. نتایج حاصل از آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که بین دما و شوری با فراوانی لارو گونه‌های A. glaber و A. estuarensis همبستگی مثبت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (0/05>P). </div> <div align="justify" style="direction: ltr"> The study describes the temporal and spatial distribution of larval stages of two species of Alpheidae from the Bahmanshir and Arvand estuaries in north of the Persian Gulf. Planktonic larvae were collected using 0.45 m diameter plankton net with 300μm mesh size monthly horizontal towing from February 2011 to October 2012. The larval stages illustrated and described in detail for Alpheus glaber and Alpheus estuarensis. The species of larval density was calculated at different stations and months. The most abundant species A. glaber with 110.1 Ind larvae /m3 in May and A. estuarensis 93.1 Ind larvae /m3 were calculated in June. Two new species of Alpheus larvae were first reports of the Iranian coastal water.
