fa رتبه‌بندی عوامل ساختاری بنادر اصلی جنوب ایران با استفاده از روش تحلیل رابطه خاکستری حقوق دریا (بین الملل، خصوصی، عمومی) Law of the Sea پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> این تحقیق با هدف بررسی میزان آمادگی بنادر اصلی جنوب کشور (خرمشهر، آبادان، امام خمینی(ره)، بوشهر، شهید رجایی و شهید باهنر در بندرعباس، شهید بهشتی و شهید کلانتری در چابهار) از نظر زیرساخت‌های لازم برای پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش در دو مرحله انجام شده است. در مرحله اول با تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های به‌دست آمده از پرسش‌نامه تحقیق و با استفاده از آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای وضعیت بنادر مورد‌کاوی شده از نظر زیرساخت‌های لازم برای پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش (فناوری اطلاعات، فرهنگ سازمان، ساختار سازمانی، منابع انسانی و جذابیت تغییر) بررسی شده و فرضیات تحقیق آزمون شدند. نتایج به‌دست آمده از این مرحله نشان داد که بنادر مورد‌کاوی شده از نظر زیرساخت‌های لازم برای پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش از شرایط مناسبی برخوردار نیستند. در مرحله دوم با استفاده از روش تحلیل رابطه خاکستری، بنادر مورد‌کاوی شده بر اساس شاخص‌های پنج‌گانه رتبه‌بندی شدند. در نهایت با توجه به ضریب رابطه‌ای خاکستری برای بنادر مذکور، بندر شهید رجایی رتبه اول، بندر امام خمینی(ره) رتبه دوم، بندر خرمشهر رتبه سوم، بندر بوشهر چهارم، بندر شهید کلانتری رتبه پنجم، بندر شهید باهنر ششم و بندر آبادان رتبه هفتم را به‌دست آورند. </div> <div align="justify" style="direction: ltr"> This study was conducted to survey the status of major southern ports of Iran (Khorramshahr, Abadan, Imam Khomeini, Boshehr, Shahid Rajaee, Shahid Bahonar, and Shahid Kalantari ports) regarding the infrastructure for knowledge management implementation. It was constructed into two phases. In the first phase, analyzing the abtained data from the research questioner and using One Sample T Test, the status of studied ports regarding the required infrastructure for knowledge management implementation (information technology, organizational culture, organizational structure, human resources and management change) was investigated, and the research hypotheses were tested. The obtained results from the first phase indicated that the surveyed ports are not well arranged for the required infrastructure for knowledge management implementation. In second phase, by using grey relational analysis each port is ranked based on those five criteria. Finally, according to grey relational coefficient for surveyed ports, among them, Shahid Rajaee has obtained the highest score and consequently Imam Khomeini, Khorramshahr, Boshehr, Shahid Kalantari, Shahid Bahonar and Abadan ports were ranked subsequently. </div> رتبه‌بندی, عوامل ساختاری, آنتروپی شانون, بنادر, تحلیل رابطه خاکستری.
