fa بررسی ارتباط عوامل زیست محیطی با توزیع آبسنگ‌های مرجانی (مطالعه موردی: جزیره کیش) پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article در این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط عوامل زیست‌محیطی با توزیع آبسنگ‌های مرجانی جزیره کیش (خلیج فارس- ایران) مد نظر قرار گرفت و سپس مهم‌ترین این عوامل شناسایی گردید. عوامل زیست‌محیطی آب شامل عمق، دمای آب، شوری، کدورت، اکسیژن محلول، اسیدیته و کلروفیل a در ستون آب توسط دستگاه CTD در30 ایستگاه در تابستان 1389 ثبت گردید. همچنین در هر یک از ایستگاه‌ها دانه‌بندی رسوبات بستر با نمونه‌برداری تعیین گردید، شیب بستر از روی نقشه عمق سنجی استخراج شد و سرعت جریان آب از پروژه مدل‌سازی امواج ایران به‌دست آمد. تفاوت میانگین عوامل زیست محیطی توسط آزمون آنالیز واریانس بررسی شد. سپس مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر در توزیع آبسنگ‌های مرجانی توسط آزمون تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی (PCA) شناسایی گردیدند. نتایج آزمون آنالیز واریانس نشان داد که متغیرهای عمق آب، اکسیژن محلول و شیب بستر در دو منطقه مرجانی و شاهد دارای اختلاف معنی‌دار (05/0P <) می‌باشند. طبق نتایج PCA، سه مولفه (PC) ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ از ﻫﻢ شناسایی شدند که در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع 157/73 درصد از کل ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات را در بر می‌گرفتند. همچنین نتایج همبستگی بالایی بین عوامل کدورت، عمق آب و کلروفیل a با مولفه اول، شوری، جنس بستر و شیب بستر با مولفه دوم و دمای آب و اکسیژن محلول با مولفه سوم نشان داد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد تاثیر معنی‌داری بین عوامل ذکر شده با توزیع آبسنگ‌های مرجانی در جزیره کیش وجود دارد. In this study, the relationship between environmental parameters and the distribution of coral reefs in Kish Island (Persian Gulf, Iran) were considered and the most important parameters were identified. Environmental parameters, including depth, water temperature, salinity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, pH and chlorophyll-a were recorded by CTD at 30 stations during summer 2010. Also, at each station, the sediment grain size was determined by sampling, seabed slope was extracted from the bathymetric map and current velocity was obtained from the wave modeling project in Iran. The differences between environmental factors were analyzed by ANOVA and then identified the most important factors influencing in the distribution of coral reefs by Principal Components Analysis (PCA) test. The result of ANOVA showed that there is a significant variation (P<0.05) in the water depth, dissolved oxygen, and the bottom slope between coral and non-coral regions. According to the PCA result, three independent components (PC) were identified that had 73.157 % of the total variations. Also, the result showed highest correlation between turbidity, depth and chlorophyll-a with PC1, salinity, bottom type and bottom slope with PC2, and water temperature and dissolved oxygen with PC3, respectively.
