fa برآورد سهم مشارکت دریاها و اقیانوس در اقتصاد ملی ایران پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article توجه به اهمیت اقیانوس‌ها، دریاها و دریاچه‌ها در اقتصاد، عمری نزدیک به سه دهه دارد. کشورهایی که توسعه پایدار سواحل را در راس سیاست‌های خود قرار داده‌اند، توانسته‌اند رشد اقتصادی بالایی را در این مناطق و در کل کشور تجربه کنند. اقتصاد مناطق ساحلی یکی از مهمترین ابزارهایی است که امکان مقایسه و بررسی روند توسعه را ممکن می‌سازد. به همین دلیل در بسیاری از کشورها از معیارهای اقتصادی به عنوان برآورد اهمیت منابع طبیعی در اقتصاد ملی کشور استفاده می‌شود. تولید آمارهای دریایی در کشورهای توسعه یافته حاکی از اهمیت این بخش در اقتصاد دارد، به‌طوری‌که ارائه گزارشاتی در خصوص سهم مشارکت دریاها و اقیانوس‌ها در این کشورها، موجب افزایش روند توسعه مناطق دریایی شده است. در ایران نیز با توجه به اهمیت دریاها در اقتصاد کشور هدف این است که در این مطالعه برای نخستین بار سهم این مشارکت محاسبه گردد. نتایج مبین این است که سهم اقیانوس و دریاها از اقتصاد ایران با احتساب نفت دور از ساحل، رقمی حدود 07/2 درصد و بدون احتساب نفت حدود16/1 درصد است. The importance of the contribution of ocean economy in national economy has measured by some countries in last thirty years. The economic measurements are necessities for understanding the role of oceans and coasts in social and economic life. Iran with 5800 km coastline along the Caspian Sea, Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman (include islands) has ranked as 40th country in the world. According to this opportunity, improving the coastal areas development is one of the main goals for decision makers. The ocean economy in Iran is included all ocean dependent activities in coastal provinces. The main problem for doing this was the lack of data for ocean economic and marine activities as a whole. So with the most relevant data which are reported by government agents, this share is calculated. The results show that contribution of ocean economy in national economy is about 2.07 percent and about 1.16 percent if offshore oil and gas not included. Less than one percent of employment is defined in coastal economies.
