fa ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ ﻣﺎﻛﺮوﺑﻨﺘﻮزﻫﺎی ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺳﺎﺣﻠﻲ آب‌های جزیره کیش پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article بررسی پراکنش و فراوانی ماکروبنتوزهای آب‌های ساحلی جزیره کیش در دو فصل پاییز و زمستان توسط نمونه-بردار گرب با سطح مقطع 250 سانتی‌متر مربع انجام گردید. در این تحقیق 251 گونه در زمستان شنـاسـایی شد که فراوانی آن ها به‌ترتیب به شکم‌پایان، دوکفه‌ای‌ها، پرتاران، سخت پوستان، بادام‌شکلان، ناوپایان و کم‌تاران مربوط بود. در بین گونه‌های موجود در گرب، یک بازوپا (Brachiopoda)با نام علمیLingula lingula مشاهده شد که برای اولین بار حضور این گونه در آب‌های جزیره کیش گزارش می‌شود. در پاییز نیز 167 گونه متعلق به رده شکم‌پایان، 78 گونه متعلق به دوکفه‌ای‌ها، 7 گونه متعلق به سخت‌پوستان، 6 گونه خارپوستان، 3 گونه نیز متعلق به ناوپایان، 1 گونه زره‌داران، 1 گونه بازوپایان و 1 گونه نیز متعلق به چندکفه‌ای‌ها شناسایی شد. شاخص تنوع گونه‌ای شانون بین 58/1 تا 7/4 متغیر بود. نتایج تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه نشان‌دهنده اختلاف معنی‌داری (p<0.05) بین فراوانی کفزیان ایستگاه‌های فصل زمستان و اختلاف بسیار معنی‌داری (p<0.001) بین فراوانی ایستگاه‌ها در تابستان وجود دارد. همچنین تحلیل t-test نشان دهنده تفاوت معنی‌داری بین فراوانی‌های مرحله اول و دوم مشاهده می‌شود. Macrobenthic assemblages of the Kish coastal waters were studied in order to investigate their abundance and distribution. Samples were obtained in triplicates in winter and autumn. Then, samples were taken with a 250 Cm² Van Veen grab. During winter, 251 taxa were identified in which the most abundant groups were Gastropods, Bivalves, Polychaetes, Crustaceans, Sipunculids, Scaphopods and Oligochaets. One species of Brachiopoda (Lingula lingula) among samples is considered as the first records in Kish Island. During autumn, 167 species of Gastropods, 78 species of Bivalves, 7 species of Crustaceans, 6 species of Echinoderms, 3 species of Scaphopods, 1 species of Ostracopods and 1 species of Polyplacophora were identified. Shannon-wiener diversity index fluctuated between 1.58 to 4.7. In winter, there was a significant difference (p<0.05) in abundance but highly significant (p<0.001) among different stations in autumn.
