Management (Environment, Coastal Zone,...) پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="C2A9A89D23AA4DEEBE49B0BF1BC28F34" id="-1910771943">پیشینه و اهداف:</w:sdt> با توجه به جایگاه بخش صنعتی اکثر شهر‌های ایران در حافظه تاریخی جامعه این مناطق، تدوین سیاست‌های مناسب شهری می‌تواند حس عمومی مردم را تقویت و هویت تاریخی آنان را ارتقا بخشد. وسعت محله‌های صنعتی بخشی بزرگی از مساحت شهر‌های صنعتی قدیمی ایران را در برگرفته است. نمونه‌ای از تجارب باززنده‌سازی و احیای بنا‌هایی با کاربری صنعتی، چه در کشور‌های غربی و چه در داخل کشور ایران، می‌باشد. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="C2A9A89D23AA4DEEBE49B0BF1BC28F34" id="-43291168">روش‌ها‌:</w:sdt> با کمک بررسی مطالعه های موردی میراث صنعتی خارجی و نمونه های داخلی ویژه در مناطق ساحلی نظیر موزه های لنج سازی بندر کنگ و موزه دریانوردی بوشهر و موزه دریانوردی بندر شرفخانه دریاچه ارومیه در این مطالعه، تجارب باززنده‌سازی و احیای بنا‌هایی با کاربری صنعتی بررسی گردید. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="C2A9A89D23AA4DEEBE49B0BF1BC28F34" id="-2054305338">یافته‌ها:</w:sdt> ارزش معماری این بافت‌ها، یادمانی از صنعتی شدن و میراثی از معماری قرن بیستم در پیوستگی با ارزش‌های اجتماعی، تاریخی و تعلق خاطر جامعه شهری و حس هویت بخش، آن را به عنوان یک پتانسیل بالقوه تاریخی در منظر شهری تبدیل کرده است و حفظ آن‌ها می‌تواند در توسعه گردشگری شهری و مناطق ساحلی و ایجاد شغل و درامد پایدار برای شهر‌ها مؤثر باشد. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="C2A9A89D23AA4DEEBE49B0BF1BC28F34" id="417220428">نتیجه‌گیری:</w:sdt> برخی صنایع به ‌لحاظ ویژگی‌های خاص خود در عین ‌حال که به فعالیت تولیدی مشغول هستند یا بودند، از قابلیت تبدیل به یک موزه زنده صنعتی نیز برخوردارند، همچنین در صنایع فعالی که مبادرت به تشکیل موزه می‌کنند می‌توان با تدوین سناریویی مناسب و تعریف مسیر بازدیدی ایمن، امکان بازدید و در نتیجه آشنایی مخاطبان با فرایند تولید محصول را به‌صورت عینی فراهم کرد که به دنبال آن جذابیت موضوعی و تأثیر کارکردهای آموزشی این موزه‌ها مضاعف خواهد شد.   <div style="text-align: justify;"><w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="8EADA4B4B2D4475E829FAC88A7D3F524" id="1334564118">Background and Objectives:</w:sdt> Background and Objectives: Considering the position of the industrial sector of most Iranian cities in the historical memory of the society of these regions, the formulation of appropriate urban policies can strengthen the public sense of the people and enhance their historical identity. The extent of industrial neighborhoods covers a large part of the area of old industrial cities in Iran. It is an example of the experiences of revitalization and restoration of buildings with industrial use, both in Western countries and inside Iran. .<w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="8EADA4B4B2D4475E829FAC88A7D3F524" id="86888520">Methods:</w:sdt> With the help of examining case studies of foreign industrial heritage and specific domestic examples in coastal areas such as the Port of Kong Shipbuilding Museum and the Bushehr Maritime Museum and the Port of Sharafkhaneh Maritime Museum of Lake Urmia, in this study, the experiences of revitalization and restoration of buildings with industrial use were examined. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="8EADA4B4B2D4475E829FAC88A7D3F524" id="-794132767">Findings:</w:sdt> The architectural value of these textures, a monument of industrialization and a legacy of 20th century architecture, in conjunction with the social, historical values, and belonging of the urban community and a sense of identity, has made them a potential historical potential in the urban landscape, and their preservation can be effective in developing urban tourism and coastal areas and creating jobs and sustainable income for cities. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="8EADA4B4B2D4475E829FAC88A7D3F524" id="-563871280">Conclusion:</w:sdt> Some industries, due to their specific characteristics, while being or having been engaged in production activities, also have the ability to become a living industrial museum.
