Management (Environment, Coastal Zone,...) پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="3F634C0DA3B54737AAFD298187A49082" id="-1910771943">پیشینه و مبانی نظری پژوهش: </w:sdt> مرمت بافت‌های تاریخی نه تنها به حفظ هویت فرهنگی کمک می‌کند، بلکه تأثیرات مثبتی بر جذب گردشگران و توسعه صنعت گردشگری دارد. پژوهش‌ها نشان می‌دهند که مرمت این بافت‌ها می‌تواند ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی را تقویت کرده و هویت شهری را تقویت کند. گردشگری بوم‌گرا که به تجربه گردشگران در محیط‌های طبیعی و فرهنگی با کمترین آسیب توجه دارد، می‌تواند به‌ویژه در مناطق با بافت‌های تاریخی، نقش مهمی در توسعه اقتصادی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی اجتماعی ایفا کند. مرمت این بافت‌ها به رشد و توسعه گردشگری و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی شهری و اجتماعی کمک می‌کند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل تأثیرات مرمت بر ارتقاء کیفیت گردشگری بوم‌گرا در عمارت قاسم‌اوف بندر انزلی است. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="3F634C0DA3B54737AAFD298187A49082" id="-43291168">روش‌شناسی: </w:sdt> این پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی_ تحلیلی، علمی_ مقایسه‌ای و همبستگی است. داده‌ها از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی جمع‌آوری شدند. در ابتدا، برای بررسی چارچوب نظری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شد و سپس با پرسشنامه تأثیرات مرمت در پنج بُعد مختلف بررسی گردید. جامعه آماری شامل 210 نفر از کسبه و ساکنین بومی و غیربومی بود. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند و نتایج حاصل از تحلیل‌های آماری شامل تحلیل توصیفی، تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن، تحلیل رگرسیون و آزمون مقایسه میانگین‌ها (آنووا) ، جهت رابطه معناداری میان مرمت و ارتقای گردشگری بوم‌گرا مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="3F634C0DA3B54737AAFD298187A49082" id="-2054305338">یافته‌ها: </w:sdt> در این پژوهش، پنج شاخص مختلف تاثیرات مرمت بر گردشگری بوم‌گرا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل توصیفی نشان می‌دهد که بیش از 80% از پاسخ‌دهندگان تأثیر مرمت بر آگاهی عمومی، تأثیرات اقتصادی و اجتماعی، تأثیرات کالبدی و زیرساختی، جذب گردشگران و حفظ هویت تاریخی بنا را تأکید کرده‌اند. همچنین، تحلیل‌های همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن رابطه مثبت و معناداری میان مرمت و ارتقای کیفیت گردشگری بوم‌گرا نشان داده است، به‌طوری‌که ضریب همبستگی پیرسون 849/0 و ضریب اسپیرمن 842/0 تأثیر مثبت مرمت را تأیید می‌کند. تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان‌دهنده تأثیر معنادار مرمت بر گردشگری بوم‌گرا است. علاوه بر این، آزمون آنووا تأثیر معنادار مرمت بر جنبه‌های مختلف گردشگری بوم‌گرا را تأیید می‌کند. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="3F634C0DA3B54737AAFD298187A49082" id="417220428">نتیجه‌گیری: </w:sdt> مرمت عمارت قاسم‌اوف بندر انزلی با حفظ هویت تاریخی، تأثیر مثبتی بر جذب گردشگران و بهبود شاخص‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی داشته است. تحلیل‌های آماری، رابطه معنادار میان مرمت و ارتقای گردشگری بوم‌گرا را تأیید می‌کند و این نتایج می‌تواند الگویی برای توسعه پایدار گردشگری باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="C9FE95ABD40F408BA8F97410B3DB2B4B" id="1334564118">Background and Theoretical Foundations:</w:sdt> The restoration of historical contexts not only helps preserve cultural identity but also has a positive impact on attracting tourists and developing the tourism industry. Research indicates that restoring these contexts can strengthen social, economic, and cultural dimensions while enhancing urban identity. Ecotourism, which focuses on providing tourists with experiences in natural and cultural environments with minimal damage, can play a significant role in economic development and improving social quality of life, especially in areas with historical contexts. The restoration of these contexts contributes to the growth and expansion of tourism and improves urban and social life quality. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the impacts of restoration on enhancing the quality of ecotourism in the Qasemov Mansion in Bandar Anzali. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="C9FE95ABD40F408BA8F97410B3DB2B4B" id="86888520">Methodology:</w:sdt> This research is applied and of a descriptive-analytical, scientific-comparative, and correlational nature. Data were collected using both library and field methods. Initially, library resources were used to examine the theoretical framework, and then a questionnaire was employed to assess the impacts of restoration in five different dimensions. The statistical population consisted of 210 local and non-local business owners and residents. Data were analyzed using SPSS software, and the results from statistical analyses, including descriptive analysis, Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis, regression analysis, and ANOVA test, were examined to determine the significance of the relationship between restoration and the enhancement of ecotourism. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="C9FE95ABD40F408BA8F97410B3DB2B4B" id="-794132767">Findings:</w:sdt> In this study, five different indicators of the impacts of restoration on ecotourism were examined. Descriptive analysis results show that over 80% of respondents emphasized the impact of restoration on public awareness, economic and social effects, physical and infrastructural impacts, tourist attraction, and the preservation of the historical identity of the building. Additionally, Pearson and Spearman correlation analyses showed a positive and significant relationship between restoration and the improvement of ecotourism quality, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.849 and a Spearman coefficient of 0.842 confirming the positive impact of restoration. Regression analysis also indicated a significant effect of restoration on ecotourism. Furthermore, the ANOVA test confirmed the significant impact of restoration on various aspects of ecotourism. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="C9FE95ABD40F408BA8F97410B3DB2B4B" id="-563871280">Conclusion:</w:sdt> The restoration of the Qasemov Mansion in Bandar Anzali, while preserving its historical identity, has had a positive impact on attracting tourists and improving social, economic, and cultural indicators.
