Management (Environment, Coastal Zone,...) مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="42DF0E3CC604498CA11E5F10F7290872" id="-1910771943">پیشینه و مبانی نظری پژوهش: </w:sdt> این پژوهش عدالت زیست‌محیطی را به عنوان یک رویکرد شمول و یکپارچه مطرح نموده که ظرفیت‌های جدیدی جهت ارتقاء امنیت سیاست‌گذاری‌های روستاهای ساحلی ارائه می‌کند. عدالت زیست‌محیطی به عنوان یک رویکرد کلیدی در سیاست‌گذاری‌های روستاهای ساحلی، به دنبال توازن میان نیازهای محیط انسانی – طبیعی سعی در تضمین سیاست‌گذاری‌های در این مناطق را دارد. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="42DF0E3CC604498CA11E5F10F7290872" id="-43291168">روش‌شناسی: </w:sdt> روش پژوهش حاضر، مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوای ادبیات عدالت زیست محیطی با تمرکز بر سیاست‌گذاری روستاهای ساحلی است که از ظریق تعریف معیارهای ورود و خروج سعی شده، به استخراج معتبرترین جامعه آماری مقالات از پایگاه داده Scopus اقدام نماید. مراحل شناسایی ادبیات، دو مرحله شناسایی و مدیریت غربالگری مقالات انگلیسی زبان صورت پذیرفت که نهایتاً 46 مقاله به عنوان نمونه مورد تحلیل و تفسیر قرار گرفتند. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="42DF0E3CC604498CA11E5F10F7290872" id="-2054305338">یافته‌ها: </w:sdt> یافته‌های تحقیق حاصل از تحلیل مقالات نشان می‌دهد که مضامین کلی در سه مضمون اصلی سیاست‌گذاری معیشتی روستایی «اقتصاد روستایی»، «دانش مبتنی بر جوامع روستایی» و «بوم‌شناسی کشاورزی» قابل شناسایی است. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که رویکرد عدالت زیست‌محیطی در دوره‌ای که عدم قطعیت‌ها روز به روز در حال فزونی هستند، قادر به الحاق بینش‌های جدیدی برای حوزه سیاست‌گذاری روستایی است که به تضمین موفقیت آن‌ها کمک می‌کند. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="42DF0E3CC604498CA11E5F10F7290872" id="417220428">نتیجه‌گیری: </w:sdt> مطابق با نتایج، مشخص گردید که تجربه منحصربفرد مناطق روستایی علی‌رغم اینکه در مقیاس سیاره‌ای مشترک هستند، اما باتوجه به نظام سیاست‌گذاری کشورهای می‌تواند کاربست‌های متفاوتی به‌کار گیرد. به نحوی که زمینه‌های سیاست‌گذاری برای انطباق بیشتر در تمامی جنبه‌های توسعه روستایی دارد. همچنین، لزوم کثرت حضور بازیگران جریان توسعه روستایی، مخصوصاً نهادهای مدنی به عنوان نمایندگان و وکیل مدافع گروه‌های آسیب‌پذیر روستایی، می‌تواند به جریان‌سازی توسعه کمک نماید.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">comprehensive and integrated approach that provides new capacities to improve the security of coastal village policies. Environmental justice, as a key approach in the policies of coastal villages, seeks to balance the needs of the human-natural environment and tries to guarantee policies in these areas. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="5183BA98CACA4E80B5E23E44C8327342" id="86888520">Methodology:</w:sdt> The current research method is based on the content analysis of the environmental justice literature with a focus on rural policy making, and by defining the entry and exit criteria, it has been tried to extract the most reliable statistical population of articles from the Scopus database. The stages of literature identification, two stages of identification and screening management of English-language articles were carried out, and finally, 46 articles were analyzed and interpreted as samples. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="5183BA98CACA4E80B5E23E44C8327342" id="-794132767">Findings:</w:sdt> It was found that the unique experience of rural areas, despite being common on a planetary scale, can be used in different ways according to the policy system of the countries. In a way, it was shown in the research process that the policy fields need fundamental changes for more adaptation in terms of economy, mobilization of local knowledge, and agricultural ecology. Also, the need for the presence of multiple actors in the rural development flow, especially civil institutions as representatives and advocates of vulnerable rural groups, can help to streamline development. <w:sdt contentlocked="t" docpart="5183BA98CACA4E80B5E23E44C8327342" id="-563871280">Conclusion:</w:sdt> It was found that the unique experience of rural areas, despite being common on a planetary scale, can be used in different ways according to the policy system of the countries.
