fa منطق چیرگی خدمات مدلی برای بازاریابی و ایجاد مزیت رقابتی در بنادر ایران The logic of service dominance, a model for marketing and creating a competitive advantage in Iranian ports اقتصاد و مدیریت بازرگانی دریا Marine Economics and Business Management مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">پیشینه و مبانی نظری پژوهش:  در حال حاضر بازاریابی در بنادر ایران بصورت خدمات کالایی می باشد و صرفاً تمرکز مدیران بندر به صاحبان کالا، خطوط کشتیرانی، ناوبران و خدمه شناورها و سرمایه گذاران، به عنوان مشتریان کلیدی بنادر می باشد و هیچ گونه راهبردی خاصی برای ایجاد یک برنامه بلند مدت و عزم ملی برای توسعه رقابت پذیری در بنادر بر پایه خدمات محوری مشاهده نمی شود. لذا گام اول مشخص نمودن موضوعات، کلیدواژهها و عناوین مهم و برجسته در مقالات و تحقیقات چاپ شده با موضوع خدمات بنادر می باشد. با جستجو در طیف مقالات منتشر شده، عناوین اکوسیستم بنادر و منطق چیرگی خدمات در کسب رضایت مندی مشتریان و افزایش قابلیت رقابتپذیری بنادر حائز اهمیت می باشد. از این منظر مقالات چاپ شده در سال های اخیر در مجلات داخلی و خارجی مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گرفت و با به کارگیری شیوههای مرسوم و مستند، جنبههای اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، فنی، مدیریتی و محیط زیست را در راستای رقابت پذیری بنادر با منطق چیرگی خدمات همراستا نمایند. روش‌شناسی:  روش به کار گرفته شده، مطالعه هدفمند مقالات موجود در پایگاههای علمی معتبر مانند اسکاپوس و ساینس دایرکت مرتبط با منطق چیرگی خدمات در بنادر را شامل میشود، به طوری که تعداد ۲۵۱۱ مقاله بین سالهای ۲۰۱۹ تا ۲۰۲۳ شناسایی گردید و با استفاده از نرم افزار VOS viewer مطالعه دقیق براساس عنوان، کلمات کلیدی، چکیده و محتوای مقالات صورت گفت و نتایج ارتباط موضوعات و عناوین به صورت نقشه های علم شناسی حاصل گردید. مدل های مفهومی مرتبط با عوامل موثر در پدیده اصلی و مفاهیم و مقولات اصلی شنایی گردید که براساس مطالعه کیفی طبق نظر خبرگان تبیین گردیده است. یافته‌ها:  نتایج و یافتههای حاصل از روش کتاب شناسی در مقالات منتشر شده مرتبط با بنادر نشان می دهد اکوسیستم بنادر با موضوعات متعددی در ارتباط میباشد که شامل موارد ذیل میباشند: زیرساخت، حکمرانی، سیاست، انرژی، حمل و نقل، مدیریت کانتینری، تاب آوری، کوید۱۹، تغییرات آب وهوا، پایداری، محیط، ارزیابی ریسک، یادگیری ماشین، ارزیابی خطر، تحلیل شبکه، زنجیره تامین، ارتباطات، سیستم موقعیت یاب، مقررات، مدیریت بندر، ساحل و کشتیرانی، الگوریتم ژنتیک، محاسبات ابری و بهینه سازی چند هدفه. نتیجه‌گیری:  محقق با بکارگیری گامهای علم سنجی و تحقیق در مقالات مطروحه در پایگاههای علمی معتبر دنیا نتایج مربوط به موضوعات، عناوین و کلید واژه ها را استخراج نموده است، لازم به ذکر است نتایج بدست آمده در نقشه علمی مقالات، مباحث مطرح شده در پیشینه تحقیق را تصدیق می نمایند، همچنین مدل مفهومی با در نظر گرفتن عوامل موثر در رقابت پذیری بنادر را با جنبه های مهم و کاربردی ارایه شده است که در تحقیقات آینده، با مشخص کردن همبستگی روابط مدل معادلات ساختاری، نقش هر عامل را به طور دقیقتری در رقابت پذیری بنادر تعیین می نماید.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Theoretical Foundations: Currently, marketing in Iranian ports is in the form of commodity services, and the port managers only focus on the owners of goods, shipping lines, navigators and crews of vessels and investors, as the key customers of the ports, and there is no specific strategy to create a long-term plan and National determination to develop competitiveness in ports based on service-oriented is not observed. Therefore, the first step is to identify important and outstanding topics, keywords and titles in the articles and researches published on the subject of port services. Searching in the range of published articles, the titles of the port ecosystem and the logic of service superiority are important in gaining customer satisfaction and increasing the competitiveness of ports. From this point of view, the articles published in recent years in domestic and foreign magazines were examined and studied, and by using conventional and documented methods, the economic, social, political, technical, managerial and environmental aspects were analyzed in line with The competitiveness of ports should be aligned with the logic of service dominance Methodology: The method used includes the purposeful study of articles available in reliable scientific databases such as Scopus and Science Direct related to the logic of dominance of services in ports, so that 2511 articles were identified between the years 2019 and 2023 and Using the VOS viewer software, a detailed study was done based on the title, keywords, abstract and content of the articles, and the results of the relationship between the topics and titles were obtained in the form of scientific maps. The conceptual models related to the effective factors in the main phenomenon and the main concepts and categories of swimming were explained based on the qualitative study according to the opinion of experts. Findings: The results and findings of the bibliographic method in the published articles related to ports show that the ecosystem of ports is related to several issues, which include the following: Infrastructure, governance, policy, energy, transportation, container management, resilience, covid-19, climate change, sustainability, environment, risk assessment, machine learning, risk assessment, network analysis, supply chain, communication, positioning system, regulation, port, coast and shipping management, genetic algorithm, cloud computing and multi-objective optimization. Conclusion: By applying the steps of scientology and research in the articles presented in the world's prestigious scientific databases, the researcher has extracted the results related to the topics, titles and keywords, it is necessary to mention that the results obtained in the scientific map of the articles, topics In the background, they acknowledge the research, also a conceptual model is presented by considering the effective factors in the competitiveness of ports with important and practical aspects.
