fa مدل سازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه دلفین گوژپشت (Sousa plumbea) در محدوده خوریات ماهشهر با استفاده از مدل حداکثر آنتروپی (MaxEnt) Modeling Habitat Suitability of Sousa plumbea in the Mahshahr Estuarine Area Using MaxEnt Model زيست شناسی دريا Marine Biology پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <div style="text-align: justify;">پیشینه و اهداف: مطالعه بر روی پراکنش پستانداران دریایی و همچنین شناسایی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب زیستگاه آنها، از مهمترین موارد برای شناخت شرایط زیستی این جانوران و تهدیدات مختلف بر روی آنها جهت تدوین طرحهای حفاظت از اکوسیستمهای ساحلی به شمار میرود. خلیج فارس به عنوان یکی از مهمترین پهنههای آبی جهان دارای بومشناسی متنوع و بسیار پیچیدهای است که به دلیل تهدیدات مختلف انسانی، حیات بسیاری از گونههای این منطقه در خطر است.  دلفین گوژپشت اقیانوس هند (Sousa plumbea)) یکی از رایج ترین گونه های پستاندار دریایی است که در نواحی ساحلی و آب های کم عمق خلیج فارس دیده می شود که طبق لیست قرمز  اتحادیه بینالمللی حفاظت از طبیعت جمعیت آنها رو به کاهش است  خور موسی در شمال غربی خلیج‌فارس یک زیستگاه مهم اما بسیار صنعتی برای این گونه است. این مطالعه با هدف مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه دلفین گوژپشت در محدوده شمالی خور موسی  انجام گرفته است که علاوه بر مشخص کردن زیستگاههای بالقوه مطلوب دریایی، مهم ترین عوامل فیزیکی موثر بر آشیان بوم شناختی گونه ها نیز مشخص خواهد شد. روشها: با انجام مطالعات میدانی در پاییز و زمستان دو سال متوالی 1399-1400 و گزارشات جوامع محلی، مناطق حضور گونه شناسایی شدند و موقعیت حضور آنها روی نقشه منطقه علامتگذاری گردید و سپس وارد نرمافزار ArcGIS گردید. در مجموع 30 نقطه حضور از این گونه ثبت گردید و سپس به همراه متغیرهای زیست محیطی وارد مدل گردید. عوامل محیطی به کاربرده شده به عنوان متغیرهای مؤثر بر حضورگونه شامل غلظت کلروفیل، دمای سطحی آب، شوری، عمق آب، شیب بستر و فاصله از ساحل و فاصله از کانالهای ورودی خوریات ماهشهر (شمال غربی خلیج فارس) میباشد. متغیرهای مورد نیاز برای مدلسازی با استفاده از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی تهیه و در نهایت برای تهیه نقشه مطلوبیت زیستگاهی از مدل حداکثر آنتروپی (MaxEnt) استفاده گردید. روش حداکثر آنتروپی، یکی از ابزارهای بسیار متداول برای مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه و نیز پیشبینی و مدلسازی نحوه پراکنش گونهها به کار میرود؛ که با استفاده از دادههای حضور و متغیرهای محیطی اجرا می‌شود. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل مکسنت در این مطالعه عملکرد مناسبی دارد و سطح زیر منحنی (AUC)  معادل 91/0 به دست آمد که نشان دهنده دقت و کارایی بالای مدل در شناسایی مطلوبترین مناطق پراکنش است. همچنین متغیرهای عمق و شیب بستر و فاصله تا ساحل به عنوان مهمترین پارامترها در شناسایی مناطق مطلوب شناخته شدند و احتمال حضور دلفین گوژپشت در محدوده ورودی کانال اصلی خوریات ماهشهر نسبت به سایر مناطق بیشتر میباشد . بر اساس یافته های این مطالعه تنها 10% منطقه دارای مطلوبیت بالا برای زیست این گونه است، 98/15% از منطقه (32/30کیلومتر مربع) دارای مطلوبیت متوسط و در نهایت بیشترین درصد از مساحت منطقه برابر با 95/75% (25/140 کیلومتر مربع) را فاقد مطلوبیت برای حضور گونه یا دارای مطلوبیت کم میباشد. نتیجه گیری: از آنجا که نظارت و ارزیابی تنوع زیستی دریایی متکی بر دانش کافی و دقیق از جمعیت و الگوهای توزیع گونه‌های مهم اکولوژیکی است و به دلیل آنکه فعالیت های متراکم دریایی و صنعتی شدن شتابان همراه با قرارگیری شهرهای ساحلی ماهشهر و سربندر موجب اختلال شدید زیستگاه های طبیعی منطقه شده است.. این مطالعه مبنایی را برای نظارت بر دلفین گوژپشت و ارزیابی سلامت اکوسیستم خور موسی فراهم می‌کند</div> Background and Objectives: Studying the distribution of marine mammals and identifying the factors influencing their habitat selection are among the crucial aspects for understanding the ecological conditions of these animals and the various threats they face, in order to develop conservation plans for coastal ecosystems. The Persian Gulf, as one of the most important marine areas globally, possesses diverse and highly complex ecology, where many species are endangered due to various human threats. The Indian Ocean humpback dolphin (Sousa plumbea) is one of the key marine seen in coastal areas and shallow waters of Persian Gulf, and its population is declining according to the International :union: for Conservation of Nature s Red List. Mousa Bay in the northwestern Persian Gulf is an important, but highly industrialised habitat for this species. This study aims to model the habitat suitability of the humpback dolphin, identifying not only potential marine habitats but also the most influential physical factors affecting their habitat preferences Methods: Field studies were conducted in the fall and winter of two consecutive years 1399-1400 Also local communities' reports were utilized to identify the species' presence areas, then marked on the regional map and entered into ArcGIS software. A total of 30 presence points of this species were recorded and then entered into the model along with environmental variables. Environmental factors applied as variables affecting species presence included chlorophyll concentration, sea surface temperature, salinity, water depth, seabed slope, distance from the coast, and distance from the inlet channels of the Mahshahr estuarine area (northwest Persian Gulf). Required variables for modeling were prepared using geographic information system (GIS), and finally, the MaxEnt model was used to generate a habitat suitability map. The MaxEnt method is a widely used tool for modeling habitat suitability and predicting species distribution patterns using presence data and environmental variables. Finding: The results showed that the MaxEnt model performed well in this study, with an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.91, indicating high accuracy and efficiency of the model in identifying the most suitable distribution areas. Furthermore, water depth, slope and distance to coast were identified as the most important parameters in identifying suitable areas, and the probability of humpback dolphin presence in the vicinity of the main inlet channel of the Mahshahr estuarine area was higher compared to other areas. According to the findings of this study, only 10% of the area had high suitability for the species habitat, 15.98% of the area (32.30 square kilometers) had moderate suitability, and ultimately, the highest percentage of the area, accounting for 75.95% (140.25 square kilometers), either lacked suitability for species presence or had low suitability.
