fa بررسی تنوع ریختی هفت گونه از گربه ماهیان جنس Glyptothorax در آب‌های داخلی ایران با استفاده از روش‌های سنتی و هندسی Morphological variation in seven species of catfishes of the genus Glyptothorax in Iranian inland waters using traditional and geometric morphometric methods شیلات و آبزیان Fisheries and Aquaculture پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <div style="text-align: justify;">پیشینه و اهداف: در مطالعۀ حاضر، وضعیت ریختی گربه‌ماهیان جنس Glyptothorax در آبهای داخلی ایران، با استفاده از روش‌های ریختسنجی سنتی و هندسی، بررسی شد.  روش‌ها‌: بدین‌منظور، 182 نمونه، شامل 32  <a name="_Hlk112585942">G. alidaeii</a> از سیمره در زهکش کرخه، 45 G. galaxias از زهکش بالادست کارون، 12 G. hosseinpanahii از زهکش زهره، 16 G. shapuri از زهکش شاپور در حله، 30 G. silviae از زهکش جراحی، 26 <a name="_Hlk112585970">Glyptothorax</a> sp. از زهکش گاماسیاب و 12 G. pallens از زهکش سیروان، مجموعا از 12 ایستگاه در آبهای داخلی ایران تحلیل شد. نمونه‌برداریها با استفاده از دستگاه ماهیگیر الکتریکی طی سال‌های 1387 تا 1399، صورت پذیرفت. صفات ریختی به‌ترتیب اندازهگیری شد. <a name="_Hlk116010473">مقایسۀ ریختسنجی هندسی بر اساس 15، 13 و 10 نقطۀ نشانگر همساخت، به</a>‌ترتیب، از نمای جانبی با 106، شکمی 79 و پشتی 46 فاصله بین این نقاط رقومی‌سازی و تحلیل شد. روش نقاط نشانه (لندمارک)، به‌منظور تعیین شکل کلی بدن افراد جمعیتها، استفاده شد و آنالیزهای مرتبط، شامل   DFA, CVA, PCA و دندروگرام سلسله‌مراتبی، صورت گرفت تا تفاوتهای میان جمعیتهای Glyptothorax مشخص شود. یافته‌ها: نتایج PCA هفت گونه Glyptothorax نشان داد که در نمای جانبی و پشتی و شکمی، به‌ترتیب، 37٫375 درصد، 51٫164 درصد و 38٫228 درصد از تغییرات شکل بدن مربوط به دو مؤلفۀ اصلی است. صفاتی که بیشترین تأثیر را در تفکیک گونه‌های مطالعه‌شده داشتند مربوط به موقعیت پوزه، طول و عمق بدن، عمق سر و طول ساقۀ دمی بودند. علاوه‌بر تفاوتهای گزارش‌شده، این تحلیل ریختسنجی تنوع ریختی بینگونهای معنیداری را در میان گونههای جنسGlyptothorax  نشان داد. نتیجه‌گیری: همچنین نتایج تحلیل ریختی، ضمن تفکیک گونههای جنس Glyptothorax، جمعیت ساکن در رودخانه گاماسیاب Glyptothorax sp. را به‌مثابۀ گونه مجزای توصیف نشده پیشنهاد میکند که اعتبار آن به مطالعات تکمیلی مولکولی نیاز دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objectives:  In the present study, the morphological variation in seven catfish species of the genus Glyptothorax in the inland waters of Iran was studied using traditional and geometric morphometric methods. Methods: For this purpose, 182 specimens including 32 G. alidaeii, from the Seimare in the Karkheh drainage, 54 G. galaxies, from the upper Karun drainage, 12 G. hosseinpanahi, from the Zohreh drainage, 16 G. shaperi, from Shapur in the Helleh drainage, 30 G. silviae, from the Jarrahi drainage, 26 Glyptothorax sp. from the Gamasiab drainage, 12 G. pallens, from the Sirvan drainage, totally from 12 sampling sites in inland waters of Iran were analyzed. The sampling was done using electrofishing during 2009-2021. Morphological traits were measured. The geometric morphometric comparison based on 15, 13, and 10 landmark indicators respectively from lateral view with 106, ventral 79, and dorsal 46 distance between these points were digitized and analyzed. The landmark method was used to determine the general body shape of the populations and related analyzes including DFA, CVA, PCA, and hierarchical dendrogram were performed to determine the differences between the Glyptothorax populations Findings: The PCA results of the studied Glyptothorax showed that in lateral, dorsal, and ventral views, 37.375%, 51.164%, and 38.228% of body shape changes are related to two main components, respectively. The traits that had the greatest impact on the separation of the studied species were related to the position of the snout, body length, body depth, head depth, and caudal peduncle length. In addition to the previously reported differences, this morphological-analysis showed a significant interspecific morphological diversity among the studied Glyptothorax. Conclusion: The obtained results showed a well separation between the studied Glyptothorax species, also suggest the Glyptothorax sp.
