fa اولین گزارش از شناسایی، تاکسونومی و پراکنش مکانی-زمانی گونه های جنس Pontella (Crustacea:Copepoda:Calanoida) در آبهای ساحلی و مصبی بوشهر First record, taxonomy and temporal/spatial dispersion pattern of species in genus Pontella (Crustacea:Copepoda:Calanoida) from coastal/estuarine waters of Bushehr زيست شناسی دريا Marine Biology پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article در این تحقیق، مطالعه تاکسونومیک و شناسایی گونه های جنس Pontella ، جمع آوری شده از پنج ایستگاه و در بازه زمانی یکساله در منطقه آبهای ساحلی و مصبی شمال بوشهر، انجام شد و برای اولین بار دو گونه هم‌نیا از جنس Pontella Dana, 1846 ،  شامل  Pontella danae var. ceylonica  و Pontella investigatoris  شناسایی و از آبهای خلیج فارس و دریای عمان گزارش گردید. همچنین شناسایی  گونه  Pontella danae var. ceylonica  بر اساس افراد و نمونه های ماده و گونه Pontella investigatoris   بر اساس افراد و نمونه های نر و  در اکثر نمونه‌برداری‌ها نسبت تراکم افراد گونه ماده به گونه نر، دو به یک بدست آمد. بر اساس نتایج آزمون dbRDA مشخص گردید که مهمترین پارامترهای محیطی اثرگذار بر پراکنش گونه investigatoris   P.به ترتیب شوری و عمق بوده، مهمترین عوامل اثرگذار بر پراکنش P. danae var. ceylonica به ترتیب عمق و سپس شوری و عمق شفافیت می‌باشد، و لذا نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد گونه های هم نیای شناسایی شده ‌، دریایی و گرایش به زندگی در آبهای دور از ساحل دارند.در این تحقیق، مطالعه تاکسونومیک و شناسایی گونه های جنس Pontella ، جمع آوری شده از پنج ایستگاه و در بازه زمانی یکساله در منطقه آبهای ساحلی و مصبی شمال بوشهر، انجام شد و برای اولین بار دو گونه هم‌نیا از جنس Pontella Dana, 1846 ،  شامل  Pontella danae var. ceylonica  و Pontella investigatoris  شناسایی و از آبهای خلیج فارس و دریای عمان گزارش گردید. همچنین شناسایی  گونه  Pontella danae var. ceylonica  بر اساس افراد و نمونه های ماده و گونه Pontella investigatoris   بر اساس افراد و نمونه های نر و  در اکثر نمونه‌برداری‌ها نسبت تراکم افراد گونه ماده به گونه نر، دو به یک بدست آمد. بر اساس نتایج آزمون dbRDA مشخص گردید که مهمترین پارامترهای محیطی اثرگذار بر پراکنش گونه investigatoris   P.به ترتیب شوری و عمق بوده، مهمترین عوامل اثرگذار بر پراکنش P. danae var. ceylonica به ترتیب عمق و سپس شوری و عمق شفافیت می‌باشد، و لذا نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد گونه های هم نیای شناسایی شده ‌، دریایی و گرایش به زندگی در آبهای دور از ساحل دارند. In this research, taxonomic study and species identification in the gnus Pontella, collected from five stations during an annual period at coastal/estuarine northern waters of Bushehr were done, and two congeneric species in the genus of Pontella Dana, 1846 including Pontella danae var. ceylonica and Pontella investigatoris were first identified/described from Persian Gulf and Oman Sea. Also Pontella danae var. ceylonica was recognized on the basis of female specimens, and Pontella investigatoris was known on the basis of male specimens, and a co-occurrence of one male (P investigatoris ) and 2 female at the most samples was accounted. Based on the result of dbRDA, the most important and effective environmental parameters on dispersion pattern of P. investigatoris were salinity and depth, and the most important and effective environmental parameters on dispersion pattern of P. danae var. ceylonica were depth, salinity, transparency depth, respectively. Consequently the results of this study demonstrated that two congeneric identified species are marine, have a tendency to offshore waters.   سواحل بوشهر, شناسایی, هم نیا, Copepoda , Pontella .
