fa تدوین جهت گیری راهبردی بندر جاسک با استفاده از مدل SWOT مهندسی سواحل، بنادر و سازه های دریایی Coastal Engineering, Ports and Marine strucrures كاربردی Applied Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><strong><span style="background:#2E74B5;"><span style="color:white;">پیشینه و&nbsp; اهداف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در سال‌های اخیر با توجه به اهمیت راهبردی توسعه سواحل مکران و رویکرد جدید اقتصادی، شرق کشور به عنوان نقطه توسعه</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ای در جغرافیای کشور مطرح شده و بندر جاسک به یکی از بهترین نقاط برای انجام فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و توسعه‌ای بدل شده است. هدف</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">از</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نگارش</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقاله،</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شناسایی</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نقاط ضعف،</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">قوت،</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تهدید و فرصت بندر جاسک به عنوان یکی از بنادر مهم در</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">جنوب غرب سواحل مکران می‌باشد. </span><br> <strong><span style="background:#2E74B5;"><span style="color:white;">روش:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این تحقیق در دو مرحله صورت گرفته است. در مرحله اول با استفاده از مطالعات انجام شده عوامل داخلی و خارجی موثر بر بندر جاسک شناسایی شده و ماتریس سوات&nbsp;</span>برای این بندر ترسیم شده است. سپس در مرحله دوم با توجه به نتایج ماتریس ارزیابی، جهت‌گیری راهبردی بندر تعیین شده است<br> <strong><span style="background:#2E74B5;"><span style="color:white;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> . جهت‌گیری راهبردی بندر جاسک از نوع تهاجمی به دست آمده است و برآن اساس، لازم است راهبردهای مبتنی بر استفاده از نقاط قوت موجود و فرصت‌های پیش روی بندر در اولویت قرار گیرند.</span><br> <strong><span style="background:#2E74B5;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بر اساس تحلیل سوات و جهت‌گیری راهبردی به دست آمده برای &nbsp;بندر جاسک، امکان توسعه و بهره‌برداری‌های متنوع از بندر وجود دارد. تغییر الگوی مدیریت بندر و دعوت از بخش‌ خصوصی برای سرمایه‌گذاری در بندر می‌تواند به ارتقا سطح عملکردی هرچه بیشتر بندر کمک نماید.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span></div> <div></div> <div> <div id="ftn1"><span dir="RTL"></span></div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#336699;">Background and Objectives:</span></span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>In recent years, due to the strategic importance of Makran coastal zone and new economic approaches for this region, eastern coasts have been identified as development points in the country&rsquo;s geography and Jask port is turned to be one the most suitable points for economic and commercial activities in this region. In the present paper, the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of Jask port as one of the important ports in south western part of Makran coastline have been identified.<br> <strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#336699;">Methodology:</span></span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>This research has been done in two stages. In the first stage, internal and external factors affecting Jask port have been identified and the SWOT matrix has been formed. Then, in the second stage, according to the results of the evaluation matrix, the strategic orientation of the port is determined.<br> <strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#336699;">Findings:&nbsp;</span></span>&nbsp;</strong>The strategic orientation is found to be aggressive meaning that the strategic plans made by the decision makers should be based upon the identified strengths and opportunities of the port.<br> <strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#336699;">Conclusion:</span></span>&nbsp;</strong>Based on the SWOT analysis and the strategic orientation obtained for Jask port, development&nbsp; of the port and various operational potentials are viable.
