fa اثرات پارامترهای محیطی (عمق و رسوب) بر تراکم و تنوع نرم‌تنان بنتیک دردهانه خلیج نایبند زيست­ شناسی دريا Marine Biology پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <span dir="RTL">به‌منظور بررسی</span><span dir="RTL"> بافت رسوبی، </span><span dir="RTL">تنوع و تراکم نرم‌تنان ساکن بستر دریا دردهانه خلیج نایبند،</span><span dir="RTL"> نمونه‌برداری از</span><span dir="RTL"> 55 ایستگاه واقع بر 9 ترانسکت</span><span dir="RTL"> عمود</span> <span dir="RTL">بر</span> <span dir="RTL">ساحل </span><span dir="RTL">با استفاده از گرب ون وین با </span><span dir="RTL">مساحت 0.022 متر</span><span dir="RTL">مربع</span> <span dir="RTL">و در</span><span dir="RTL"> هر ایستگاه با 3 تکرار انجام گرفت</span><span dir="RTL">.</span> <span dir="RTL">بر اساس </span><span dir="RTL">داده‌های </span><span dir="RTL">به‌دست‌آمده بخش اعظم منطقه موردمطالعه از ماسه پوشیده شده است. بررسی‌های دقیق‌تر با استفاده از دستگاه Particle Size Analyzer حضور 7 نوع کلاس رسوبی</span><span dir="RTL"> را در منطقه موردنظر </span><span dir="RTL">مشخص</span><span dir="RTL"> کرد. اکثریت نرم‌تنان شناسایی و شمارش‌شده به خانواده‌های Tellinidae ، Veneridae، Semelidae از&nbsp;</span>رده دوکفه‌ای‌ها تعلق داشت. در منطقه موردبررسی، اندازه ذرات رسوبی و تغییرات عمق، بر پراکنش، تنوع، غنای گونه‌ای و ترازی زیستی تأثیرات مهم و معنی‌داری داشت. تنوع، غنای گونه‌ای و فراوانی کل نرم‌تنان با افزایش عمق، افزایش پیدا کرد. مقدار میانگین شاخص‌های مارگالف و شانون محدوده موردبررسی را آلوده و شاخص ترازی زیستی محیط موردمطالعه را بدون تنش توصیف کرد.<gdiv></gdiv> <span dir="LTR">In order to investigate the sedimentary texture, diversity and density of benthic molluscs, 55 stations at 9 transect were collected in the Nayband Bay.Samples were taken with a Van Veen grab (0.022 m²) in 3 replications in each site.Using a Particle Size Analyzer instrument revealed that the sediment texture was dominated by sand with 7 sub distinct sub sediment. Semelidae,Veneridae and Tellinidae families belonged to bivalves were dominant families in all identifeid molluscs.
