fa یافته علمی: بررسی بافتی بیضه خرچنگ شناگر آبی (Portunus segnis) در سواحل شرق استان خوزستان (خلیج فارس) <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">DOR: 98.1000/1562-1057.1397.9.71.0.35.1576.32</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <span dir="RTL" style="position:relative;top:-2.0pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی بافتی بیضه به عنوان عضو مهم تولیدمثلی و بقا موجود در جنس نر خرچنگ شناگر آبی (</span></span></span></span><em><span style="position:relative;top:-2.0pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Portunus segnis</span></span></span></span></em><span dir="RTL" style="position:relative;top:-2.0pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">) در سواحل شرق</span></span></span></span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL" style="position:relative;top:-2.0pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">استان خوزستان (خلیج&shy;فارس) است. نمونه&shy;های خرچنگ، پس از بیهوشی، مورد بررسی ریخت&shy;شناسی قرار گرفتند و مقاطع بافتی از گنادها تهیه شدند. سپس به روش هماتوکسیلین- ائوزین رنگ&shy;آمیزی گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد، بیضه توسط کپسولی از بافت همبند پوشیده شده است. تیغه&shy;هایی از بافت همبند، پارانشیم بیضه را به تعدادی لوبول تقسیم می&shy;کنند. لوبول&shy;های بیضه دارای یک بخش زایا و یک منطقه تحول هستند. ناحیه وازدفران دارای سه قسمت قدامی، میانی و خلفی است. هر سه ناحیه وازدفران از خارج توسط بافت همبند و از داخل توسط بافت پوششی مکعبی تا استوانه&shy;ای ساده پوشیده شده&shy;اند. اسپرماتوفورها به اشکال دایره&shy;ای تا بیضی شکل و با اندازه&shy;های مختلف در هر سه ناحیه وازدفران مشاهده شدند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study aimed to investigate the histological structure of testis as an important organ of the reproductionon and survival in the male blue swimming crab <em>Portunus segnis</em> in the Persian Gulf. In this regard, 20 male blue swimming crabs with average weight of 229.09<span dir="RTL">&plusmn; </span>15.17 gr caught from the coasts of Hendijan in Khuzestan Province from September to June, 2016. After anesthesia and morphological examination, samples were stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin method. Based on the results, testis was surrounded by connective tissue. The connective tissue lamellae divide testicular parenchyma into a number of specific lobules. Testis lobules have a Germinal Zone and a Transformation Zone. Vas deferens has anterior, medial and posterior portions. The three portions of vas deferens are surrounded externally by connective tissue and internally by cuboidal and culomnar epithelium. Spermatophores with circular to oval shapes of various sizes were observed in all three portions of vas deferens.
