fa بررسی پراکنش و ریخت شناسی خرچنگ‌های Leucosiidaeو Xanthidae در آب‌های زیر جزر و مدی سواحل استان خوزستان (خلیج فارس) زيست­ شناسی دريا Marine Biology پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تنوع گونه&not;ای و بررسی خصوصیات ریخت شناسی خرچنگ‌های خانواده Leucosiidae و Xanthidae در آب&not;های زیر جزر و مدی خلیج فارس در استان خوزستان است. نمونه&not;برداری در طی سال‌های 1395-1394 از 7 ایستگاه و توسط تور ترال کف انجام گردید. در آزمایشگاه صفات ریخت شناسی نمونه‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و طول و عرض کاراپاس اندازه گیری شد. سپس نمونه‌ها با استفاده از کلیدهای شناسایی معتبر تا حد گونه شناسایی شدند. در این مطالعه 7 گونه خرچنگ شناسایی شدند که 4 گونه از آن‌ها متعلق به خانواده Leucosiidae (Myra pernix، Hiplyra sagitta، Lyphira perplexa، Arcania erinacea) و 3 گونه متعلق به خانواده Xanthidae (Gaillardiellus rueppelli، Liagore erythematica، Atergatis integerrimus) بودند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می&not;&not;دهند که آب&not;های سواحل خوزستان زیستگاه مناسبی را برای زیست این خرچنگ&not;ها فراهم نموده&not;اند</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this study was to identify the biodiversity and morphology of the Xanthidae and Leucosiidae crabs in the subtidal waters of the Persian Gulf in Khuzestan Province. The specimens were&nbsp;collected from 7 stations during 2014-2015 by four times sampling using bottom trawl. In the laboratory,&nbsp;the morphological traits of samples were investigated and their carapace length and width were measured.&nbsp;Then, the samples were studied to identify the species using valid identification keys. In this study, 7&nbsp;species of crab were identified that four species of them belonged to the family Leucosiidae (Myra pernix,&nbsp;Hiplyra sagitta, Lyphira perplexa, Arcania erinacea) and 3 species belonged to the family Xanthidae&nbsp;(Gaillardiellus rueppelli, Liagore erythematica, Atergatis integerrimus). This study showed that the&nbsp;Persian Gulf waters in the vicinity of Khuzestan Province provide a suitable habitat for the mentioned&nbsp;crabs.</div> خرچنگ گرد, Xanthidae, Leucosiidae, استان خوزستان, خلیج فارس.
