fa بررسی تغییرات زمانی و مکانی مواد مغذی و قلیاییت کل در بوم سامانه مصب مند زيست­ شناسی دريا Marine Biology پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف از این مقاله بررسی و مقایسه غلظت مواد مغذی و قلیاییت کل در فصل های تابستان (شهریور ماه 93) و زمستان (بهمن ماه 92) و همچنین در امتداد بخش های دریایی، مصبی و رودخانه ای بوم سامانه مصب مند در خلیج فارس است. نمونه برداری در دو فصل سرد و گرم انجام شد. غلظت مواد مغذی توسط روش سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست منطقه ای (MOOPAM) و قلیائیت کل به روش پتانسیومتری اندازه گیری شدند. نتایج اندازه گیری قلیائیت نشان داد که اختلاف معنی داری در ایستگاه های مصب، دریا و رودخانه بین دو فصل تابستان و زمستان وجود ندارد (05/0>P). همچنین نتـایج انـدازه گیری غلظت مواد مغذی نشـان داد که میـانگین غلظت نیتریت و نیترات در ایستگاه های مصبی نسبت به ایستگاه های رودخانه ای و دریایی بیشتر است. تغییرات فصلی و افزایش بارندگی باعث افزایش میانگین غلظت نیتریت و نیترات در فصل زمستان و کاهش میانگین غلظت فسفات و سیلیکات در این فصل شده است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare nutrient concentrations and total alkalinity in summer and winter and along the marine, estuarine and riverine portions of the mond estuary ecosystem in the Persian Gulf. Sampling was conducted in warm and cold seasons. The concentrations of nutrients were measured by MOOPAM standard method and total alkalinity was measured by potentiometric titration method. The results showed that there was not significant difference in measured alkalinity along the marine, estuarine and riverine stations between summer and winter. The results showed that the average concentration of nitrate and nitrite in estuarine stations were more than marine and riverine stations.
