fa اثر مؤلفه های مؤثر بر عملکرد بنادر با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون مدیریت بحران، حوادث و سوانح دریایی Crisis, Disasters and maritime accidents Management پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><a name="OLE_LINK13"></a>DOR: 98.1000/1562-1057.1397.9.19.0.34.1575.1606<a name="OLE_LINK13"></a></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><a name="OLE_LINK13"><br> <span dir="RTL" style="position:relative;top:-2.0pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر مؤلفه&shy;های مؤثر بر عملکرد بنادر است. برای جمع&shy;آوری داده&shy;ها از روش پیمایشی، مطالعه میدانی و مصاحبه با مدیران و کارشناسان فعال در حوزه بندری استفاده گردید. به منظور اجرای تحقیق، ابتدا عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد بنادر شناسایی شدند و سپس با بررسی همبستگی بین این متغیرها، مؤلفه&shy;های اصلی جهت ورود داده&shy;ها به مدل رگرسیون تعیین گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای نوع و تعداد شناورهای ورودی، متوسط ساعات (حضور، انتظار و سرویس)، سرمایه&shy;گذاری، تجهیزات و امکانات بندری بیشترین اثر را بر عملکرد بندر دارند. بنابراین، لازم است دست اندرکاران بندری بیش از پیش روی این متغیرها تمرکز کنند تا بتوانند در راستای بهبود و افزایش عملکرد بنادر گام بردارند.</span></span></span></span></a></p> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of effective factors on port&#39;s performance<span dir="RTL">.</span> Survey method, field study and interview with managers and active experts in the port area were used to collect data<span dir="RTL">.</span> In order to conduct the research, first, the factors affecting the performance of ports were identified and then, by examining the correlation between these variables, the main components for entering the data into the regression model were determined<span dir="RTL">.</span> The results showed that the variables; type and number of input vessels, average hours (presence, waiting and service), investment and port facilities had the greatest impact on port performance.
