fa بررسی رژیم غذایی خیار دریایی گونه Stichopus herrmanni با استفاده از شاخص های تغذیه در آبسنگ های مرجانی جنوب شرقی جزیره قشم زيست­ شناسی دريا Marine Biology پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><a name="OLE_LINK6"></a><a name="OLE_LINK5"><span style="color:#000000;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">این مقاله با هدف بررسی رژیم غذایی خیار دریایی </span></span></span><em><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Stichopus herrmanni</span></span></em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> در آبسنگ&shy;های مرجانی جنوب شرقی جزیره قشم انجام شده است. نمونه&shy;برداری به صورت فصلی (از بهار 1393 تا زمستان 1393) در جنوب شرقی جزیره قشم، در ایستگاهی با وسعت 515000 مترمربع و به تعداد 15-10 عدد در هر فصل انجام گرفت و محتویات روده به عنوان روشی استاندارد بررسی شدند. در این مطالعه دیاتومه&shy;ها، جلبک&shy;های سبزآبی، کفزیان جانوری (فرامینیفرها، نماتودها و شکم&shy;پایان) به عنوان طعمه اصلی در محتویات روده این گونه شناسایی شدند. در میزان شاخص شدت تغذیه و شاخص تهی بودن روده طی فصول مختلف تغییراتی مشاهده شد و همچنین شاخص طول روده در این جانوران بیش از یک ثبت گردید. به طور کلی به نظر می&shy;رسد تغییراتی که در رژیم غذایی این جانور اتفاق می&shy;افتد متاثر از مراحل مختلف زندگی آن، از جمله رسیدگی جنسی و تخمریزی باشد.</span></span></span></span></a></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">This study aimed to investigate the sea cucumber <em>Stichopus herrmanni</em> diet in coral reef located southeast of the Qeshm Island and other nutritional indices. Sampling was done seasonally (10-15 samples in each season) in southeast of Qeshm Island (area around 515000 m&shy;²) and intestinal contents were examined as a standard method. In this study, Diatoms, blue green algae, Micro benthic animals (foraminifers, nematodes and gastropod) as main prey were detected in the intestinal contents in this species. During different seasons, changes observed in the index of fullness and vacuity index of intestine and RLG Index was over one.
