fa بررسی تراکم و زی‌توده دو گونه سخت پوست پلانکتونی از رده پاروپایان و آنتن‌منشعبان در ناحیه ساحلی بابلسر زيست­ شناسی دريا Marine Biology پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <p style="text-align: justify;">هدف از این مقــاله بررسی تـراکـم و زی‌تـوده دو گـــونه سـخت پـوست پـلانکتــونی از رده پــاروپــایــان و آنتن‌منشعبــان در نــاحیـه ســاحلــی بــابـلســر اسـت. نمــونــه بـــرداری در نـــاحیه ســـاحلـی بـــابـلسـر بـــا استفـــاده از تــور مخــروطــی زئـــوپــلانکتـون از ســه ایستگـــاه بــا عمق هـــای 5، 10 و 20 متــر و در دو فصــل ســرد (بهمــن 1393) و گـــرم (خـــرداد 1394) انجـــام شـد. در نمونـه‌هــــای جمع آوری شــده، از پـــاروپــایــان &nbsp;گـــونـه Acartia (Acanthacartia) tonsa و از آنتن‌منشعبــان &nbsp;گـــونـــه Pleopsis polyphemoides مشــاهـده گــردیــد. بیشتــریــن تــــراکـم و زی-تــوده زئــوپــلانکتــون‌هـــا در ایستگـــاه‌هـــایی بـــا عمـق 5 و 10 متـــر و مــربــوط بــــه گــونه A. tonsa مشــــاهده شـــد و از ســـاحـــل بـه سمـت عمـق، از تــراکـم و زی‌تــوده آن‌هـــا کـــاسته شـــد. نتـــایـج نشـــان داد که تنـــوع، تــراکـم و ز‌ی‌تــوده زئـــوپـــلانکتـــون‌هــا در فصــل گــرم بـه طـور معنــی داری بیشتـــر از فصـل ســرد اســت (05/0>P). امــا از لحـــاظ آمـــاری تفـــاوت معنــی داری در تنــوع، تــراکــم و ز‌ی‌تــوده زئــوپــلانکتــون‌هــا در ایستگــاه‌هــای مختلـف نمــونـه بــرداری مشــاهده نشــد (05/0<p). p=""> </p).></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In this study, species diversity, density and biomass of two classes of crustaceans (Copepoda and&nbsp;Cladocera) in the shore area of the Babolsar in the three stations (with depth of 5, 10 and 20 m) were&nbsp;assessed in the cold season (February 2015) and the warm season (June 2015). Acartia (Acanthacartia)&nbsp;tonsa from Copepoda and Pleopsis polyphemoides from Cladocera were &nbsp;identified in the collected&nbsp;samples. The highest density and biomass of zooplankton was belonged to A. tonsa which occurred at the&nbsp;stations with the depth of 5 and 10 meters and decreased with increasing depth. The results showed that&nbsp;diversity, density and biomass of zooplanktons were statistically higher in warm season compared to cold&nbsp;season, but their values did not statistically change in the considered stations.
