fa بررسی ترکیب جوامع فیتوپلانکتون خور بردستان، خلیج فارس زيست­ شناسی دريا Marine Biology پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article <p style="text-align: justify;">هدف از این مقاله مقایسه ترکیب جوامع فیتوپلانکتون در فصلهای زمستان 92 و تابستان 93 و همچنین در امتداد&nbsp;خور بردستان و آبهای دریایی پیرامون آن در خلیج فارس است. نمونه برداری در اسفند ماه 92 و مرداد ماه 93&nbsp;توسط بطری نیسکین و با استفاده از یک قایق صیادی انجام شد. 9 ایستگاه در خور و 9 ایستگاه در آبهای&nbsp;به ترتیب در خور و آبهای (&plusmn;SE) دریایی پیرامون خور انتخاب گردیدند. میانگین فراوانی فیتوپلانکتونها&nbsp;Cell L- 837&plusmn;1/65 و در فصل تابستان 1 Cell L- 1272&plusmn;2/86 و 1 Cell L- دریایی پیرامون خور در فصل زمستان 1&nbsp;1102&plusmn;1/95 به دست آمد. نتایج به دست آمده، اختلاف معنیداری در فراوانی Cell L- 1207&plusmn;2/45 و 1&nbsp;همچنین نتایج همبستگی معنی داری میان .(P>0/ فیتوپلانکتونها، در فصلهای تابستان و زمستان نشان نداد ( 05&nbsp;،Dinophyceae ،Bacillariophyceae رده های .(P>/ فراوانی فیتوپلانکتونها و دما و شوری نشان نداد ( 05&nbsp;از گروههای فیتوپلانکتونی منطقه بودند. گروه بندی ساختار جوامع، 3 Dictyochophyceae و Cyanophyceae&nbsp;گروه در سطح شباهت 30 درصد را نشان داد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this research was the comparison of phytoplankton community composition in winter and&nbsp;summer. Also, the phytoplankton composition of the Bardestan creek and its offshore waters in the Persian&nbsp;Gulf were investigated. Samplings were carried out in March and August 2014 by a fishing boat using a&nbsp;Niskin bottle. 9 stations in the creek and 9 stations in offshore waters were selected. Average of&nbsp;phytoplankton abundance was 837 Cell L-1 (&plusmn;1.65) and 1272 Cell L-1 (&plusmn;2.86) in winter and 1102 Cell L-1&nbsp;(&plusmn;1.95) and 1207 Cell L-1 (&plusmn;2.45) in summer throughout the creek and its offshore waters respectively.&nbsp;Results indicated no significant difference in phytoplankton abundance between winter and summer&nbsp;(P>0.05). Also, results indicated no significant correlation between phytoplankton abundance with&nbsp;temperature and salinity (P>0.05). Bacillarophyceae, Dinophyceae, Cyanophyceae and Dictyochophyceae&nbsp;were classes of phytoplankton in the study. Cluster analysis revealed that there are three distinct groups of&nbsp;phytoplankton at 30 % similarity level in winter and summer.&nbsp;</p> فیتوپلانکتون, ترکیب جوامع, گروه بندی, خور بردستان, خلیج فارس.
