fa تاثیر غلظت‌های نزدیک به کشنده کادمیوم بر روی برخی پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی در خون ماهی فیتوفاگ (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) پژوهشي Research/ Original/ Regular Article کادمیوم به‌عنوان یکی از فلزات سنگین و غیرضروری در رشد موجودات زنده و با غلظت کشندگی پایین، یکی از سمی‌ترین آلاینده‌ها محسوب می‌شود. مطالعات انجام شده نشان می‌دهد که پارامترهای فیزیولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی خون ماهی در معرض کادمیوم تغییر می‌کنند. هدف مطالعه حاضر، تعیین تأثیرات غلظت‌های زیر کشندگی کادمیوم بر گلوکز و پروتئین خون ماهی فیتوفاگ (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) به‌عنوان شاخص‌های زیستی است. در این تحقیق بیست نمونه ماهی برای یک دوره 96 ساعته در4 آکواریوم حاوی غلظت‌های 0، 5/0، 0/1، 5/1 ppm کادمیوم قرار داده شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که بین غلظت‌های زیر غلظت کشنده کادمیوم و میزان پروتئین و گلوکز پلاسما رابطه معنی‌داری (005/0≥P) وجود دارد. افزایش غلظت کادمیوم در محیط منجر به کاهش پروتئین و افزایش گلوکز خون ماهی می‌شود که این امر می تواند ناشی از تغییر در سطح غلظت گلیکوژن کبد و ایجاد ممانعت در سنتز پروتئین باشد. Cadmium is a non-essential heavy metal so it is lethal at low concentrations and it is the most toxic pollutant in aquatic environments. Cadmium cans directly affect the physiological and biochemical parameters of aquatic animals blood. The aim of the present study is to determine the effect of sub lethal concentration of cadmium on Silver Carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) using a two biochemical parameter. Twenty specimens of silver carp were exposed to various concentrations of cadmium (0, 0/5, 1/0 and 1/5 milligram per liter) for a period of 96 hours. In this study the, level of protein and glucose of plasma were chosen as biomarkers. Results of this study showed that sub lethal concentrations of cadmium affected the levels of plasma protein and glucose in fish significantly, With increasing cadmium concentration, the level of protein decreased and the level of glucose was increased (P≥0/005).
