فیلوژنی داینوفلاژله Gyrodinium instriatum گونه جانبی در هنگام کشند سرخ گونه Gonyaulax polygramma جدا شده از آب های ساحلی رمین (دریای مکران)

شکوفایی مضر جلبکی (HABs; Harmful Algae Bloom)که به عنوان کشندسرخ شناخته می شود در واقع ازدیاد گونه های جلبکی است که یا سم تولید می کنند  یا فقط با تراکم زیاد به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم به موجودات آبزی آسیب می رسانند. به منظور شناسایی و بررسی فیلوژنی گونه های داینوفلاژله عامل ایجاد کشند سرخ که در آبان ماه سال 1396 در منطقه بین تالاب لیپار و دریابزرگ  واقع در سواحل جنوب شرقی ایران اتفاق افتاد، نمونه برداری از آب انجام شد. در این کشند گونه Gyrodinium instriatum با تراکم بسیار پایین تر به عنوان گونه جانبی نسبت به گونه ها ی عامل کشند مشاهده گردید. مراحل خالص سازی گونه ها در شرایط آزمایشگاهی انجام شد و ایزوله خالص این گونه در اتاق کشت در محیطی کاملا استریل تحت شرایط 12 ساعت روشنایی و 12 ساعت تاریکی در درجه حرارت ℃ 1± 25 در محیط کشت f2، کشت داده شد. جهت بررسی توالی ژنی، DNA ایزوله خالص استخراج و واکنش زنجیره ای پلی مراز (PCR) انجام شد و توالی ژنی در منطقه ژنی ITS تعیین شده و سپس با توالی ژنی گونه های مشابه در بانک ژن ( (GenBank مقایسه گردید.  بررسی مولکولی و فیلوژنی این گونه نشان داد توالی نوکلئوتیدی گونه موردنظر با 99% بوت استرپ بیشترین شباهت را با گونه G. instriatum  دارد. گونه G. instriatum پراکنش وسیع داشته و در سراسر آب های جهان وجود دارد ومی تواند ایجاد کشند سرخ کند لذا شناسایی دقیق آن امری ضروری و کاربردی می باشد.
