بررسی ریخت شناسی و شناسایی مولکولی گونه های Sargassum vulgare و Sargassum fallax Fucales, Sargassaceae)) از سواحل نیروگاه اتمی بوشهر، خلیج فارس

در این تحقیق، بررسی ریخت شناسی و شناسایی مولکولی گونه های غالب جلبک‌های قهوه‌ای ساحل نیروگاه اتمی بوشهر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نمونه‌برداری جلبک ها در پاییز و زمستان 93 از نواحی بین جزر و مدی انجام شد. ویژگی های ریخت شناسی جلبک‌ها با استفاده از کلیدهای شناسایی معتبر و میکروسکوپ نوری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. به منظور شناسایی مولکولی، ابتدا ژنوم جلبک ها با روش تغییر یافته CTAB استخراج و سپس تکثیر قطعات ژنومی توسط بخش DNA هسته ای ریبوزومیITS-2  انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از Blastدر بانک ژن و آنالیز نرم افزارهـای ژنتیکی، دو گونه جلبک قهوه ای Sargassum vulgare و Sargassum fallax را تـایید نمود. در نتیجـه علی رغم وجود ابهامات در طبقه بندی جلبک های گونه سارگاسوم، تلفیق نتایج مشاهدات ریخت شناسی و استفاده از قطعه ژنومی ITS-2 گونه های مورد بررسی را با اطمینان صد در صد مورد شناسایی قرار داد.
