تاثیر دانه بندی رسوبات بر عملکرد سوخت و ساز صدف دوکفه ای Callista umbonella در تنش اکسیداتیو ناشی از آلودگی هیدروکربنی سواحل منطقه عسلویه

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تفاوت عملکرد دوکفه­ای Callista umbonella در تنش اکسیداتیو ناشی از آلودگی هیدروکربنی در رسوبات سواحل منطقه عسلویه صورت گرفت. در این مطالعه اندازه طول کل صدف و میزان آنزیم­های آنتی­اکسیدانی GPx، GR، SOD و CAT بافت نرم دوکفه­ای C. umbonella در سواحل 3 سایت صنعتی (سایت­های شماره 1، 2 و 5) و 2 سایت شاهد (سایت­های شماره 3 و4) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. هر نمونه بعد از برداشت به سرعت در نتیروژن مایع تثبیت شد. آنزیم­ها با نیروی فراگریز استخراج شدند و میزان هر کدام توسط طیف سنجی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نوسان میزان آنزیم­های SOD و CAT ارتباط مثبت و معنی­دار (05/0P<) در طول دوره مطالعه نشان دادند. مشابه این ارتباط بین آنزیم­های GR, GPx گزارش شد. در سایت 4 بزرگترین نمونه­ ها با میانگین طول کل (SD±)، (7/4±) 08/47 میلی­متر و در سایت 1 کوچکترین نمونه­ها با میانگین طول کل (SD±)، (9/3 ±) 72/37 مشاهده شدند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که واکنش متابولیک صدف C. umbonella در کنترل تنش اکسیداتیو ناشی از آلودگی در رسوبات با تخلخل زیاد بیشتر در جهت کاهش سوخت و ساز است. در حالی­که این واکنش در رسوبات با تراوایی زیاد برعکس مشاهده گردید. در نهایت نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که C. umbonella در رسوبات غیرآلوده با تخلخل زیاد بهترین رشد را نشان می ­دهند.
